Returns & Exchanges

 

Because many of our items are made to order, we have a slightly different return policy than big-box retailers.

 

Made-to-Order Items (Print on Demand)

 

All print-on-demand items are custom-made just for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Personal preference

Please review size charts, descriptions, and photos carefully before placing your order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we are absolutely here to help.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non–Print on Demand Items (If Applicable)

 

For non-POD items (such as accessories or gift items):

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

Please note that:

• Production times vary due to items being made to order
• Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
